Kyushu University EU Centre welcomes Mr Masayasu Yoshida, the Director of the Policy Planning Division, Foreign Policy Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, as a lecturer for the MoFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Diplomacy Lecture.
